The service has no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like. However, a minimum of 6 to 12 months is always recommended to achieve a better return on investment.
It is not included in the monthly fee. When you sign up for the service you will need to choose how many templates you would like, with a minimum of 6 for €300. This amount will be charged in the first month.
The recommended lifespan of the templates depends on the number of posts per month. As a general rule, the same templates can be used for 12 months.
Yes, the templates are shared with you in an editable format, which you can edit with apps such as Photoshop or Canva.
No. We only produce images based on the templates developed and material provided by the Client, or from free image banks.

Yes. Depending on how your website was built and the level of access you have to it, we can connect your social media to your website.
No. The social media management service only includes creating and publishing content on social profiles; it does not include paid promotion.
